Shipping
For Malaysia orders, we ship via Poslaju. Poslaju is closed on Sundays and on some Saturdays. Please allow 2 working days for your package to arrive. Shipping charges is as follows:
Malaysia
Peninsular Malaysia: RM9.00 (flat rate)
East Malaysia: RM12.00 (flat rate)
Free Shipping when you order minimum 2 items
For international orders, we ship via International Airmail. Cost is as follows:
Flat Rate Shipping of RM25 to Singapore & Brunei
Singapore: RM25 (first item) and add RM0 [FREE] for each additional item
Brunei: RM25 (first item) and add RM0 [FREE] for each additional item
Other Countries
Australia: RM40 (for first item) and add RM10 (for each additional item).
Other Countries not listed above: RM55 (for first item) and add RM12 (for each additional item).
Cost above include handling fees.
Returns
All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
In the rare event that there is a factory defect, you may return it back to us for an exchange within 1 week. Item must be in the same condition and wrapping as received.
Please check the detailed size measurement for individual products before purchasing. We do not accept returns on the basis of “wrong size.”
Packaging
We declare all the items as apparels in the description. All clothes aand items ordered are wrapped in their original transparent packaging and will be enclosed in Poslaju’s envelope.
